温室温度控制的节能算法研究

【摘要】 通过先进的环境控制策略,使温室内环境达到作物适宜的生长条件,同时减小控制过程中的能量损耗,对温室生产而言至关重要。本文针对温度跟踪设定值控制过程中开关设备的能耗问题,提出一种基于温室温度机理模型的节能调控算法。首先,构建了温度机理模型,在分析模型参数灵敏度的基础上,对其进行了辨识与验证;其次,基于验证后的模型,进行了广义预测控制算法研究,该算法的优化性能指标兼顾控制精度和能量损耗,通过权重因子分配控制效果和消耗能量的权重比例;最后,对设计的控制算法进行仿真模拟与实际控制验证,结果表明温度跟踪均方根误差达到1.7℃,消耗的能量仅为未考虑能量损耗预测控制算法的61.5%。

【Abstract】 Achieving suitable temperature conditions for crop growth by advanced control strategies is a fundamental issue in greenhouse.One of the greatest problems faced by far in greenhouse temperature control is the energy consumption.This work addresses the design of a model-based predictive control strategy using switch actuators as heater and ventilation window to regulate greenhouse temperature,for set point tracking and cost requirements reducing purposes.The strategy is based on a physical model identified from experimental input and output data of a greenhouse on the foundation of parameter sensitivity analysis and calibrated parameter selectivity.A model predictive controller calculates the optimal on-off actuators switch combinations based on control precision and energy loss.The weighting factor in cost performance is used to distribute the proportion of reference deviation and running costs.The developed control algorithm is performed in simulation and then applied to a real greenhouse.The actual greenhouse control results show that the optimal switch combinations can be achieved by the designed controller and the root mean square error is 1.7 ℃,while the running consumption only accounts to 61.5%of that of the common model predictive controller without considering the running cost.
