降低PMSMDTC系统转矩脉动方法的研究

【摘要】 永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统中,转矩脉动影响整个系统的性能。通常永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统中采用滞环比较器,在实际应用中会使转矩存在较大的波动。为了减小转矩脉动,提高系统的性能,通过实验对产生转矩脉动的原因进行研究,分析加入零矢量对减小转矩脉动的作用效果。在此基础上对系统采用模糊控制器,并对其产生的转矩脉动和滞环比较器所产生的转矩脉动进行了实验对比,结果表明,选用模糊控制器代替滞环比较器,可以减小系统的转矩脉动。随后对现有的模糊控制器的不足进行分析,在已有的基础上对其进行改进,并对比改进前后转矩脉动抑制效果。实验表明,改进后的模糊控制器对转矩脉动的抑制效果更为明显。

【Abstract】 In the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control(PMSM DTC) system,the torque ripple can affect the performance of the system.In the practical application the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control systems always adopt Hysteresis comparator,which makes the systems have more torque ripple,so the performance of the system is not very good.In order to reduce the bad effect from torque ripple and improve the performance of system,the purpose of the experiment is to research the reasons which can cause torque ripple and analyses the real function of Zero vector in reduce torque ripple.Base on the analysis of the experiment result,try to use Fuzzy controller in the same system instead of Hysteresis comparator,and compare the different waveforms from Fuzzy controller and Fuzzy controller which are used to be compared with each other,the experimental result make it clearly that use Fuzzy controller in system are more effectively than use Hysteresis in reducing torque ripple.After this do further research on the shortages of the fuzzy controller,and find out the reasons,in order to study how to improve its capability,at last,the torque ripple waveform from the two kinds fuzzy controllers prove the modified fuzzy controller is more effective than the previous one in control the torque ripple.
