涡旋压缩机齿顶密封材料摩擦磨损性能的研究
Study on Friction and Wear Performance of Scroll Compressor Top Sealing Material

【摘要】 将PES、PEEK、纯PTFE、填充PTFE四种常用制作密封条的材料,分别与HT250配副,根据涡旋压缩机运行参数,设计实验条件,在端面磨损试样机上进行干摩擦实验,对比分析在不同转速下摩擦系数、体积磨损率、表面形貌的变化;同时研究不同载荷下填充PTFE的摩擦学性能,以及摩擦表面转移膜的形成规律,为将复合材料应用到齿顶密封当中提供理论依据。结果表明:纯PTFE摩擦系数最低,磨损量大;PES性能最差,摩擦系数高,磨损量大;PEEK在低转速下摩擦系数较高,高转速下,摩擦系数低,磨损量小;填充PTFE综合性能最佳,不同转速下摩擦系数变化小,磨损率最低,在载荷小于300N下,摩擦系数小于0.2,体积磨损率小于5×10-6mm3/(N*m)。
【Abstract】 The PES,PEEK,pure PTFE,Filled with PTFE,was the production of sealing materials,and matched with HT250 respectively.According to the operating parameters of scroll compressor,the experimental conditions were designed.The dry friction test was carried out on the end wear specimen machine.The friction coefficient,volume wear rate and surface morphology were compared and analyzed at different speeds.At the same time,the tribological properties of PTFE filled with different loads and the formation rule of friction surface transfer film were studied.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of composite materialsto the top seal.The result firstly showed that the friction coefficient of pure PTFE was the lowest,and the wear was large.Secondly,the PES had the worst performance and high friction coefficient.Thirdly,the friction coefficient of PEEK was higher at low speed,the friction coefficient was low,and the wear was small under the high speed.Lastly,the combination property of filling PTFE had best performance.Under different speeds,the friction coefficient was small,and the wear rate was the lowest.When the load was less than 300 N,the friction coefficient was less than 0.2,and the volume wear rate was less than 5 × 10-6 mmV(N*m).
