3D打印技术在双金属发动机缸体快速熔模精密铸造中的应用

【摘要】 选择性激光粉末烧结工艺(Selective:laser sintering,简称SLS)是一种基于粉末熔化成型的3D增材打印技术,其发展给传统制造业带来了巨大的冲击和挑战,被广泛运用于汽车制造、航空航天、模具制造等诸多领域。通过SLS工艺成型蜡模再熔模精密铸造实现零部件的生产制造,避免了模具开发生产过程,生产方式简单、成本低、效率高,迅速得到认可。汽车企业开始考虑如何能充分利用其特点,充分发挥其优势,使之为汽车企业带来更高的生产效率和更大的利润空间。从"中国制造"向"中国智造"的转型需要靠智能化和数字化实现。本文通过3D打印SLS技术、铸造工艺设计和模拟优化CAD/CAE技术和熔模精密铸造技术(硅溶胶和石膏型)相融合,实现双金属发动机缸体快速无模具制造。解决双金属发动机缸体生产周期长,模具成本高,质量不合格。

【Abstract】 TheSelective laser sintering,a kind of 3 D material printing technologybased on powder melt molding,which has brought the huge impact and challenge for the traditional manufacturing industry and widely used in automotive,aerospace,mold manufacturingand many other fields.To avoid thedevelopment and production process of the mold,Making the waxmolding by SLS process and then realize the product’s manufacturing through revestment precision casting,and it is recognized quickly with the simple of the production method,low of the cost and high efficiency.Consequently.the automobile enterprisebegin to consider how to make full use of its characteristic and give full play to its advantages to bring higher production efficiency and greater profit space for them.The transformation from "made in China" to "Chinese intellectual" need to rely on intelligent and digital implementation.In this paper,To achieve theBimetal engine cylinder body quickly without mould manufacturing through the combination of 3D printing SLS technology,casting process design,simulation optimization CAD/CAE technology and revestment precision casting technology(silicon sol casting and gypsum typecasting).Solved the longcycle production,the highmould cost and theunqualified quality of the bimetal engine cylinder.
