【摘要】 作为城市历史街区或地段规划设计中的环节之一,场地和景观改造对于形成积极的公共空间,方便市民深入体验,并塑造整体的历史风貌至关重要。为此一方面要延续空间尺度、界面和植被环境的旧有特征,以维持历史环境的形态和市民的集体记忆,另一方面也要结合功能改造对风貌空间进行整合拓展,满足现实活动的需求。本文以天津原英租界五大道地区先农试验地块场地和景观改造的策略分析入手,探讨保护和更新之间如何实现平衡来利于历史街区文化内涵的保持以及未来活力的持续。更多还原

【Abstract】 In contemporary renewal of historical district how to form the active public space and historical appearance through reconstruction of site and landscape has been regarded as one of critical elements.For the remembrance of environment old space scale,surrounding facade and planting should be kept.Meanwhile site and landscape also will be adjusted to meet the new function and consumers’ requirements.The paper has explored the balance between reservation and renewal through practice in Xiannong District of Wudadao Historical Zone in Tianjin.更多还原
