【摘要】 高等教育专业人才培养方法和方式是高等学校生存与发展的关键。高校是高级人才的培养基地,其培养的学生必须具有为社会服务的能力,必须满足社会的需求。通识教育方式的改革是对传统教育模式的一种新的探索,它是培养创新型复合人才的一种重要理念。国内高等教育传统教育以"专业教育"为主要特征,培养的人才很难适应我国目前复合型人才培养的需要,如何改革教育、教学方式是现代高等教育急需要解决的问题之一。通识教育改革的探索能更好地培养学生的工程意识和自主学习能力,这对培养能被市场接受的人才是十分有益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher education professional personnel training method and the way is the key of survival and development of institutions of higher learning.Colleges and universities is senior talent training base,the cultivation of students must have the ability to serve society,must meet the needs of society.The reform of general education mode is a new exploration to the traditional education reform,it is to cultivate innovative compound talents is an important concept,the training of students must have the ability to serve society,must meet the demand of the society.Domestic institutions of higher education the traditional education in order to "professional education" as the main features of cultivating talents is very difficult to adapt to the needs of complex talent training in our country at present,how to reform education and teaching methods of modern higher education is an urgent need to solve one problem.The exploration of general education reform to better develop the students’ engineering consciousness and autonomous learning ability,the training can be accepted by market talents is very beneficial.更多还原
