项目驱动式机械创新能力培养模式研究

【摘要】 为提高学生参与创新项目的积极性,提高学生的综合实践能力,提出一种基于项目驱动的机械创新能力培养模式,将实践课程、创新创业计划、创新设计竞赛和毕业设计等环节进行有机结合。各项实践活动围绕同一个项目主题,随着学生知识的积累,逐步展开项目的构思、设计、实现和运行活动。这种培养方式使学生能够经历一个产品设计与制作的全部过程,将所学知识用于指导创新实践活动,有助于提高学生的学习主动性和积极性,提高学生的团队协作精神,对提高学生的理论研究和实践创新能力起着积极的作用。
【Abstract】 To improve the enthusiasm of students to partcipating innovation projects and their innovation ability,a projectdriven training mode for improving mechanical innovation ability is proposed in this paper,in which the practical courses,innovative and entrepreneurial business plans,innovative design competition and diploma project are integrated.All practical activities are executed on the basis of the same subject.With the knowledge accumulation of students,the project can be conceived,designed,implemented and operated gradully.The training mode proposed in this paper can help mechanical undergraduates go through the whole process an engineering project from conception,design to manufacture.And practice their innovation ability and knowledge perceived from the books.It can effectively motivate the initiative and enthusiasm to pursue knowledge of mechanical undergraduates.In addition,it can enhances their teamwork spirit.This training mode has positive effects for improving the ability of students for theoretical research and practical exploration.
