【摘要】 该校对连续几届"机械制造及其自动化专业"毕业生进行调研,调研分析报告表明专业教学中最需要改选的方面是:实习和实践环节,对于未来工作中所必须具备的如组织管理能力、团队合作能力、表达能力等所谓非技术性能力即软实力的培养。因此针对以上问题,实施《综合性实验训练项目》的建设。分3阶段,通过两年,将理论与实践环节进行整体优化,实现机械制造及其自动化专业学生理论与动手能力相结合,理论到实践中去验证的认知过程。以提高综合素质为主导,在综合性实践过程中进行"发现问题一分析问题一解决问题"的能力培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content of abstract Through successive research on "Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation" graduates,analysis report shows that areas for improvement are:practice and practice,organization and management capacity for future work,the soft power of culture teamwork skills,communication skills,etc.To solve the above problems,we have implemented the construction of "comprehensive experiments Training Project".Through three stages,two years,students’ specialty in mechanical manufacturing and automation achieve the ability to combine theory and practice,to verify the theory into practice cognitive processes.A "discovery problems-analysis of the problem-problem solving" ability is achieved through the "comprehensive experiments Training Project".更多还原
