基于PBL学习模式的3D打印技术打造智能义肢课程
Based on the PBL learning mode:3D printing technology to build intelligent prosthetic course

【摘要】 在帮助上肢残疾者的公益活动的背景下开设由肌电信号控制的3D技术打造智能义肢的教学课程,在改善残疾人的生活条件和促进医疗福利事业的发展的同时,还可以增强现代大学生的社会责任感和使命感,具有很强的现实意义。该智能义肢通过3D打印,由肌电传感器采集肱二头肌的收缩的EMG信号经电子电路过滤和放大,然后通过触发单片机来驱动舵机,这样设计可以通过肌肉的收缩来控制义肢。该课程通过对机械手臂结构搭建,传感器及控制器的学习使用,培养了学生的动手能力、团队合作精神和协同工作学习的精神。该课程培训的特点是:预先了解学生的特长,取长补短;理论教学与实践教学密切配合,相互渗透;采用PBL(Project Based Learning)学习模式。基于PBL学习模式的3D技术打造智能义肢的教育教学可以更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对机电一体化的认识。提高学生的归纳总结能力、理解能力、表达能力和动手能力,培养创新思维模式、培养学生的工程实践能力。
【Abstract】 Under the background of helping the upper limb disabled public welfare activities,building intelligent prosthetic through 3 D printing technology courses were carried out in BeiHang university.The course can improve the living conditions of the disabled and promote the development of medical welfare and it can strengthen the modern college students’ sense of social responsibility and mission.The intelligent prosthetic hands are made through 3 D Printing technology,the EMG signal collected from bicipital muscle of arm is filtered and enlarged by amplifying circuit and the enlarged signal control single chip Microcomputer to driver servo.So we can control the intelligent prosthetic though muscle signal.The course include structural design,journal of transducer technology and technology of the one-chip computer,students should be a group to accomplish it.The course combines theoretical teaching with practical teaching together and the course was taught in Project Based Learning model.The course can strengthen the cognition of Mechatronics and it can improve the students’ ability to practical engineering project.
