螺纹测量实验教学改革探索
Reforms exploration of experiment teaching for screw thread measuring

【摘要】 普通螺纹要求有可旋合性和连接的可靠性,螺纹几何参数偏差对螺纹互换性有着重要的影响。在传统"螺纹测量"实验的基础上,增加螺纹合格性判断内容。由此,通过螺纹测量实验,学生不仅掌握工具显微镜的工作原理和使用方法,并且加深了对普通螺纹几何参数及对螺纹合格性判断条件的理解。
【Abstract】 General purpose screw thread requires being screwable and reliability in connections.Deviations in geometry parameters of thread play an important role in interchangeability.Based on the traditional experiment of "thread measurement",determination of the eligibility of screw threads has been added in order that students can not only grasp the principles and using methods of toolmaker’ s microscope,but also deepen the understanding of geometry parameters of general purpose screw thread and conditions for judging the eligibility of thread.
