【摘要】 采用固体超强酸催化剂(磷钨酸,H₃O₄₀PW₁₂?xH₂O),以二乙醇胺、丙酮和亚磷酸二乙酯为原料合成含N和P反应型阻燃剂[N,N-双（2-羟乙基）氨基异丙基膦酸二乙酯],并探讨了反应机理。通过FT-IR、¹H-NMr、³¹P-NMR对产物的表征表明所合成的阻燃剂具有预期结构。采用TG和DSC分析了PUE的热性能,发现PUE的极限氧指数随阻燃剂含量的增加而提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reactive flame retardant contains N and P[Diethyl bis（2-hydroxyethyl） Amino isopropyl phosphonate]was synthesized from diethanolamine,acetone and diethyl phosphite with solid superacid(phosphotungstic acid,H₃O₄₀PW₁₂·xH₂O) as the catalyst,and the reaction mechanism was explored.The characterization of the product showed that the synthesized flame retardant had the expected structure by FT-IR,¹H-NMR and ³¹P-NMR.Analysis of thermal properties was carried out by TG and DSC,limit oxygen index of PUE improved with the content of flame retardant increased.更多还原
