soluble CD83 negative regulates the immune response in experimental autoimmune uveitis

【摘要】 soluble CD83(sCD83) molecule has been shown to have a regulatory role in the diseases,such as inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),allogeneic urine skin heart,and kidney transplantation models.But the mechanism of sCD83 regulating the immune response is still unclear.By confocal microscopy and flow cytometry,in the experimental autoimmune uveitis(EAU),we found sCD83 could decreased the inflammatory lymphocytes,including dendritic cells(DCs),inflammatory CD4~+ T cells,and natural killer(NK).Mechanistically,we showed that sCD83 regulated the polarization of Factin in DCs and NKs to reduce the calcium response in them and negative regulate the status of them.Furthermore,the suppressed innate immune cells further inhibied the activation of CD4~+ T cells.Thus,sCD83 might be a new potational immunosuppresosr for autoimmune uveitis.
