反复熔铸对烤瓷合金金瓷结合性能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究单纯反复熔铸对钴铬、纯钛、钯基、金铂烤瓷合金金瓷结合性能的影响。方法将4种烤瓷合金在真空加氩气保护环境下,不添加新合金熔铸1~3次形成金属基底,上瓷后获得Ⅰ~Ⅲ代金瓷试件。每代试件随机选取2个扫描电镜观察金瓷界面形貌,能谱仪检测金瓷界面的元素扩散宽度;剩余试件采用剪切试验测试冷热循环前后金瓷结合强度。结果(1)4种烤瓷合金经1~3次熔铸,金瓷结合强度差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。冷热循环前后钴铬、钯基和金铂烤瓷合金金瓷结合强度无统计学差别(P>0.05);冷热循环后纯钛烤瓷合金金瓷结合强度下降(P<0.05)。反复熔铸与冷热循环对金瓷结合强度无相互影响(P>0.05)。(2)纯钛、钯基、金铂烤瓷合金Ⅰ~Ⅲ代试件的金瓷界面无显著变化,Ⅲ代钴铬烤瓷合金金瓷界面出现局部缺陷;4种烤瓷合金经1~3次熔铸后,金瓷界面元素扩散宽度无显著变化。Ⅲ代钯基氧化层的Ga峰值较Ⅰ、Ⅱ代低。结论在本研究条件下,钴铬、纯钛、钯基、金铂烤瓷合金可以反复熔铸2次,金瓷结合性能无显著性变化。

【Abstract】 Purpose.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of recasting on bond strength between 4 ceramic alloys and porcelain after 1-3 times.Materials and Methods.Representative base metal alloy(Co-Cr),commercially pure titanium(cpTi),noble alloy(Pd-Cu-Ga),highnoble alloy(Au-Pt) were used.Metal matrixes(cylinder Φ4 mm× 4 mm with pedestal Φ5 mmx 1 mm) were obtained by arc melting in argon after recasting 1-3 times.Porcelain with overall dimensions of Φ4 mm× 2 mm was veneered on each metal cylinder.There were 22 specimens in each tested alloy group.More specifically,2 specimens of each group were chosen randomly for interfacial morphology and diffusion analysis by FE-SEM equipped with EDS and then the remaining 20 specimens were divided into 2 subgroups for thermal-cycling whether or not.And the shear bond strength between porcelain and 4 ceramic alloys after recasting 1-3 times without or with thermal-cycling was tested by shear test.The data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA(a=0.05).Results.(1) There was no significant interaction between recasting and thermalcycling(P >0.05),and no significant difference(P >0.05) in the metal-ceramic shear bond strength of Co-Cr,Pd-Cu-Ga,Au-Pt alloys after recasting 1-3 times,no matter whether subjected to the thermal-cycling or not.Furthermore,thermal-cycling reduced the bond strength of cpTi statistically(P<0.05),while the recasting did not affect(P >0.05) the shear bond strength of cpTi.(2) According to the FE-SEM results,no obvious difference was observed in the interfacial morphology of all test alloys among different recasting time.However,a crack existed at the interface of Co-Cr alloy after recasting 3 times.EDS analysis revealed that,in general,no significant difference was found in the width of elemental diffusion among 4 test alloys after recasting 1-3 times.Notably,in Pd-Cu-Ga alloy,the peak of Ga in thrice-recasting was lower than that in first and second recasting.Conclusions.In this study,the Co-Cr,cpTi,Pd-Cu-Ga and Au-Pt alloys can be recycled 2 times without significant decrease of bond strength,no matter whether subjected to thermal cycling or not.
