【摘要】 目的:应用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法建立八年制口腔医学生修复专业临床的量化评估系统,以提高临床实习的考核水平,从而进一步促进临床实习教学质量的提高。方法:选取北京大学口腔医学院修复专业的骨干教师15人,通过专题组讨论法、德尔菲专家咨询法等方法,筛选修复专业临床实习的考核指标,并进一步建立这些考核指标的量化评估系统。以新考核系统对八年制口腔医学生进行考核,并通过问卷调查形式,收集学生的反馈意见,对新考核系统的适用性进行初步评价。结果:成功建立了新的口腔医学生修复临床实习的量化考核系统,通过整理学生的反馈意见发现学生认为新的考核体系更加全面、客观,更能够反应自己的实际水平。结论:应用德尔菲专家咨询法建立的新的临床实习考核系统能够更加全面、客观、准确的评价八年制口腔医学生修复专业的临床实习效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quantitative assessment system for the prosthodontic clinical practice of eight-year program dental students using Delphi method, to improve the assessment level of clinical practice, so as to promote the quality of prosthodontic clinical practice. Method: 15 clinical teachers in the department of prosthodontics, Peking University School of Stomatology were selected in this study. The assessment indicators of prosthodontic clinical practice were screened by these teachers using the Delphi method. Next, the quantitative assessment system for these assessment indicators was established. The quality of prosthodontic clinical practice of eight-year program dental students was evaluated by the new assessment system. The applicability of the new assessment system was preliminary evaluated through the feedback of the students. Results: A new quantitative assessment system of prosthodontic clinical practice was successfully established for dental students. It indicated that the students thought that the new assessment system was more comprehensive and more objective, and could reflect their true level. Conclusion: The new assessment system of prosthodontic clinical practice established by Delphi method is more comprehensive, objective and accurate to evaluate the quality of the clinical practice for the eight-year program dental students.更多还原
