钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂表面对种植体骨结合影响的动物实验研究

【摘要】 目的:通过Beagle犬胫骨实验,评价酸蚀喷砂植体表面钽离子溅射处理对植体骨结合的影响。方法:犬两侧胫骨膝关节端骨骺线下5mm处起,每侧胫骨随机植入两种表面处理的植体共6枚。分别通过共振频率分析测量、拔出力测试和组织切片观察分析对骨结合情况进行研究。结果:在0周时各组植体ISQ值无统计学差异;4、8、12周时钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂组ISQ值显著大于钽离子溅射组;8、12周时钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂组ISQ值与酸蚀喷砂组无统计学差异;在4、8、12周时,钽离子溅射组的拔出力显著小于酸蚀喷砂组及钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂组;酸蚀喷砂组的拔出力显著小于钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂组;在4、8、12周时,钽离子溅射组的BIC值显著小于酸蚀喷砂组及钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂组,酸蚀喷砂组的BIC值显著小于钽离子溅射酸蚀喷砂组。结论:经钽离子溅射处理的酸蚀喷砂种植体可有效提高植体的骨结合率,增加植体的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluatethe osseointegration of Tantalum ion sputtering on SLA surfacethroughthe experiment on tibia of Beagle dog. Methods: Reserved 6 implant holes since 5 mm under knee epiphyseal line of both side of tibia of Beagle dog,then implanted 2 different implants randomly. Measure and analysis of resonance frequency; test of pull-out force of implant; observe and analysis of tissue section. Results: ISQ value of implant in each group had no difference in statistics in 0th week; ISQ value ofthe Tantalum ion sputtering on SLA group was noteworthy higherthanthe Tantalum ion sputtering group at 4th, 8th,12thweek; ISQ value ofthe Tantalum sputtering on SLA group had no difference in statistics withthe SLA group at 8th and 12th week. Atthe 4th, 8th and 12th week,the pullout force of Tantalum sputtering group was noteworthy lowerthan SLA group and Tantalum ion sputtering on SLA group; pullout force of SLA group was noteworthy lowerthan Tantalum ion sputtering on SLA group. At 4th, 8th and 12th week, BIC value of Tantalum ion sputtering group was noteworthy lowerthan SLA group and Tantalum ion sputtering on SLA group; BIC value of SLA group was noteworthy lowerthan Tantalum ion sputtering on SLA group. Conclusion: SLA implant which is processed by Tantalum ion sputtering can increasethe success rate of osseointegration, and increase stability of implant.
