【摘要】 依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程建设荆州段施工进度控制与管理的现状,以及《水利水电工程施工总进度设计规范》(SL 643—2013)的有关要求。采用AHP方法,建立了水利工程建设施工进度评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了工程施工进度管理体系建设、工程施工进度控制与管理措施、工程施工计划完成情况等敏感指标,并对其进行评价。结论为:工程建设施工进度与管理控制综合评价值G=0.92,评价为优良,符合实际情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the first phase of the south-to-north water transfer project jingzhou Yin Jiang Ji han construction period of the present the construction progress control and management,as well as specification for design of water conservancy and project construction schedule(SL 643-2013) the relevant requirements.Using AHP method,established the evaluation index system of water conservancy project construction schedule and evaluation threshold,the analysis of the engineering construction schedule management system construction,engineering construction progress control and management measures,the engineering construction project completion and other sensitive indicators,and carries on the appraisal.The conclusion is;the project construction schedule and management control G =0.92 the integrated evaluation,evaluation for good,in line with the actual situation.更多还原
