【摘要】 依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程渠道3标危险源安全控制与管理的现状,以及《水电水利工程施工重大危险源辨识及评价导则》(DL/T 5274—2012)的评价内容。采用AHP方法,建立了水利施工企业危险源安全控制与管理的评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了危险源辨识与风险分析、危险源的控制、危险源的管理等敏感指标,并对其进行评价。结论为:危险源安全控制与管理综合评价值0.92,处于可控状态,与实际情况吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the first phase of the south-to-north water transfer project Yin Jiang Ji han engineering channel 3 standard safety hazard control and management of the status quo,as well as the " hydro power engineering construction major hazards identification and evaluation guideline "(DL/T 5274-5274) of evaluation content.Using AHP method,the establishment of a water conservancy construction enterprise safety control and management of the hazard evaluation index system and evaluation threshold,analyzed the hazard identification and risk analysis,and the management of the hazards,the control of sensitive indicators,and carries on the appraisal.The conclusion is;the hazard value G= 0.92,safety control and management in a controllable state,in accordance with the actual situation.更多还原
