基于Modelica的双横臂悬架的建模与仿真分析

【摘要】 本文基于多领域统一建模标准语言Modelica建立了客车悬架系统模型库。并以一款客车的双横臂独立前悬架为研究对象,利用多领域统一建模语言Modelica,建立其多体系统动力学模型。采用车轮跳动分析的方法,计算分析了车轮定位参数的变化规律;并对其操纵稳定性和行驶平顺性进行分析。为客车的设计和研发提供了指导和参考,同时也为以后的动力传动控制系统模型的开发奠定了必要的模型基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the model library of double-wishbone suspension has been established based on multi-domain unified modeling language Modelica.Taking one front double-wishbone suspension of a bus as the research object,the multi body system dynamics of the suspension was established with the multi domain unified modeling language Modelica.The change regulations of the wheel alignment parameters were analyzed with the method of the wheel bounce analysis.And the handing stability and comfortable were analyzed at the moment.And these provide guidance and reference for the design and development of bus.At the same time these also laid the foundation of the necessary model for the development of powertrain control system in the future.
