品管圈活动在降低NICU床边交接班缺陷率中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低NICU病房床边交接班的缺陷率。方法成立品管圈活动小组,由小组成员一起选定"降低NICU床边交接班的缺陷率"为活动主题,召开会议进行人员的分工,活动计划的拟定、现况的把握、目标的设定、要因的分析、对策的制定和实施、效果的确认、标准化的改进、建立长效机制。结果开展品管圈活动后,NICU病房床边交接班的缺陷率明显下降,由改善前的37.14%,降低至改善后的11.43%(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论品管圈活动可降低NICU病房床边交接班的缺陷率。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to study the quality control circle activities by reducing NICU ward bed succession of defects. Methods set up quality management circle activity group, selectedby group members "reduces the defect rate of NICU bed succession" as the theme, the meeting personnel division of labor, activity plan the, current conditions of the master, goal setting, throughthe analysis, the countermeasures of the formulation and implementation, effect of confirmation, the improvement of standardization, and to establish a long-term mechanism. Results after carryout quality management circle activity, NICU ward bed succession defect rate significantly decreased, from 37.14% before improvement, reduce to 11.43% in the improved(P < 0.05) difference wasstatistically significant. Conclusion the quality control circle activities can reduce the defect rate of NICU ward bed succession.更多还原
