颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床分析

【摘要】 目的:对颅内静脉窦血栓的形成进行分析,尤其是临床特征的形成和诊疗成果方面实施对比分析。方法:将2013年02月--2015年02月的内收治的患者中选取31例进行研究,将所有参与研究患者临床资料实施回顾性分析,将患者的临床表现、治疗方法、治疗效果进行整理和分析。结果:在经过治疗之后,绝大多数的患者其预后反应比较好,出现后遗症的患者几乎没有,而单纯颅高压的患者预后情况令人满意,相反的脑病或者昏迷患者的预后表现最差。结论:经过研究得知,使用脑CT和MRV影像技术可以对患者的病情进行早期判断,在一定程度上控制了病情的蔓延,从而提升患者的治愈率,同时也对此种疾病的预后成效也更加明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: to analyze the formation of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, especially in the formation of the clinical features and treatment outcomings contrast analysis. Methods: 02, 2013-02, 2015 patients treated in the selected 31 cases were studied, and put all the study patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, the patients clinical manifestation, treatment approach, treatment effect for collection and analysis. Results: after treatment, the vast majority of patients the prognosis is good reaction, appear almost no sequela of patients, and theprognosis of patients with pure cranial pressure situation unsatisfactory, instead of the worst of encephalopathy or coma patients prognosis. Conclusion: through the study, use of brain CT andMRV imaging techniques to the patient for early diagnosis, and control the spread of the disease to a certain extent, thus improve the cure rate of patients, as well as the prognosis of this kind ofdisease effect is more obvious.更多还原
