小骨窗脑血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨高血压脑出血患者经小骨窗脑血肿清除术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的高血压脑出血患者80例,病例收集时间在2012年7月至2015年5月间,将患者随机分为两组,每组各有病例40例。对照组实施大骨瓣开颅术治疗,观察组采用小骨窗脑血肿清除术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果与并发症发生情况。结果 1观察组有38例患者经治疗后有效,总有效率为95.00%,对照组有30例患者经治疗后有效,总有效率为75.00%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组的肺部出血、消化道出血、脑水肿、切口脑脊液侧漏发生率均低于对照组,对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者通过接受小骨窗脑血肿清除术治疗,取得了较为确切的疗效,这种手术方式具备术后恢复快、损伤小等特征,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to investigate the patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage by small bone window for removal of brain hematoma clinical curative effect of treatment. Methodsselect 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients of our hospital, case collection time in July 2012 to May 2015, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group havecases. Control the big bone flap craniotomy surgery treatment, observation group was treated by small bone window for removal of brain hematoma, compare the curative effect of two groups of patientswith complications. Results(1) to observe group after treatment of 38 patients effectively, the total effective rate was 95.00%, the control group with 30 patients after treatment effective, the total effectiverate was 75.00%, compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2) the observation group of pulmonary hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, the incidence of cerebrospinal fluid, brain edema, incisionsliding sideways are lower than the control group, compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by accepting small bone window forthe treatment of cerebral hematoma removal, made a more exact curative effect, this way of surgery with postoperative recovery fast, and the characteristics of small injury, worthy of clinical popularizationand application.更多还原
