影响乳腺癌术中冰冻诊断准确性的病理因素分析

【摘要】 目的:本文就影响乳腺癌术中冰冻准确性的病理因素进行分析和探讨。方法:选择我院2013年9月至2015年8月期间收治的乳腺癌患者66例,其后对其临床资料予以回顾性分析,而后依据乳腺癌分类将术中冰冻诊断准确率进行计算,最后对影响病理因素进行分析和探究。结果:通过对本组66例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析可知,肿瘤组织学大小等于或低于3cm的患者有48例,其中35例患者冰冻诊断符合,占比为72.9%,肿瘤组织学大小大于3cm的患者有18例,其中17例患者冰冻诊断符合,占比为94.4%。二者准确率经统计学软件进行计算可知,组间差异呈正相关。与此同时,经分析和研究可知,影响乳腺癌术中病理诊断准确率的主要因素与患者年龄和X射线钼靶钙化钙点存在相关性。结论:乳腺癌术中冰冻诊断准确性会受到多种因素影响,如:肿瘤组织学大小、患者的年龄和钙化情况等。

【Abstract】 objective: in this paper, the pathological factors influencing the accuracy of the intraoperative frozen breast cancer were analysed and discussed. Methods: from September 2013 to August 2015 treated 66 cases of breast cancer patients, followed by the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and then on the basis of classification of breast cancer to intraoperative frozendiagnosis accuracy is calculated, finally analyze the factors influencing the pathology and explored. Results: the 66 cases clinical data of patients with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively, thetumor histological size is equal to or less than 3 cm, 48 cases of patients with frozen diagnosis accord with 35 patients, 72.9%, patients with tumor histological size greater than 3 cm in 18 cases, 17 casesof patients with frozen diagnosis accord, accounted for 94.4%. The accuracy by statistical software to calculate, the differences between groups were positively correlated. At the same time, through theanalysis and research, the main factors influencing the intraoperative pathological diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer with patients age and X-ray mammography calcification calcium point correlation. Conclusion: intraoperative frozen breast cancer diagnosis accuracy will be affected by many factors, such as: the age of the patients with tumor size, histological and calcification.
