柠檬酸废水的水质特征及厌氧处理

【摘要】 柠檬酸发酵废水具有水量大,有机物含量高,可生化性好等特点。目前我国大多先采用厌氧法来处理柠檬酸废水,处理过程中产生的沼气和颗粒污泥可作为新的资源加以利用。本文总结了柠檬酸废水的水质特征和常用的柠檬酸废水的厌氧处理方法,并对柠檬酸废水资源化问题的研究方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Large amount, high contents of organic matter and good biodegradability are the features of citric acid wastewater. Anaerobic treatment has been widely used to treat citric acid wastewater primarily in China. Biogas and granular sludge from anaerobic reactors were usually regarded as new resources. The characteristics of citric acid wastewater and its anaerobic treatment were reviewed here. Also, the possible further research fields of citric acid wastewater utilization were suggested.
