硫化法回收金属研究现状及前景展望

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,重金属废渣的总量逐渐扩大,引发了很多社会、经济、环境问题,成为了企业和环保领域关注的热点问题。因此将重金属废渣作为二次资源回收其中的有价金属对充分利用资源、缓解矿物资源的枯竭、环境保护具有重大意义。由于废渣来源广泛、种类繁多、性质差异很大,目前的浸出技术在回收率、技术经济性及二次污染等方面存在问题,难以形成产业化共性技术。基于硫化矿形成原理,提出了重金属废渣硫化-浮选法回收硫化物精矿的新思路。本文总结了四种硫化法的研究现状及重金属废渣硫化法回收研究未来研究重点。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the quantities of heavy-metal-containing wastes gradually increase. This leads to a series of problems from society, economy, environment aspects and hence becomes a hot topics in the fields of enterprise and environmental protection. Therefore, the recovery of valuable metals from heavy-metal-containing wastes is of great significance to the full use of resources as well as to the remission of resource exhaustion and environmental protection. Because these slags have diverse sources, wide variety and difference in properties, it is difficult to form common industrialized technology to treat heavy-metal-containing wastes by the present leaching technology due to the disadvantages in recovery rate, techno-economics and secondary pollution. Based on the formation principle of sulphide ore, a new idea of sulfidation followed by flotation treatment for recovery of metal sulfide concentrates from heavy-metal-containing wastes is proposed. The research status of four kinds of sulfidation method are summarized. In addition, the research emphasis in future about heavy metal recovery by sulfidation method is pointed out.
