再生水灌溉对土壤微生物数量的影响研究

【摘要】 以哈尔滨市某污水处理厂的再生水为实验对象,采用短期室内模拟土柱灌溉的方式,应用微生物平板计数法,探讨再生水灌溉对土壤微生物类群数量的影响。结果表明,在0-20 cm表层,自来水灌溉和再生水灌溉对土壤微生物类群的繁衍有促进作用,并且再生水的促进作用更为显著;在20-40 cm土层,再生水灌溉组土壤微生物数量略有增加;在40-60 cm土层,自来水灌溉组和再生水灌溉组土壤微生物数量均有降低趋势,可能与试验装置的封闭性有关;土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌数量均随土壤深度的增加而呈降低趋势,各土层的微生物数量为0-20 cm土层>20-40 cm土层>40-60 cm土层。
【Abstract】 The water treated in a Harbin recycled water plant has been taken as a target of research, by using diluting plate and counting method, discusses the influence of the reclaimed water irrigation on soil microbial groups through the method of short-term indoor simulated soil column irrigation. The results shows that it was benefit to soil microorganism propagation using reclaim water and tap water irrigation in surface layer(0-20cm), and reclaim water have more significant role in promoting microorganism propagation. In the 20-40 cm soil layer, reclaimed water irrigation group of soil microbial quantity increases slightly. In 40-60 cm soil layer,reclaimed water and tap water groups of soil microbial quantity have tendency to reduce, It may be associated with the seal of the experimental apparatus. The quantity of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi decreased as soil depth increased, The soil microbial number is 0-20 cm soil layer>20-40 cm soil layer>40-60 cm soil layer.
