变型CAST工艺处理印染废水的特性及最佳运行参数

【摘要】 采用变型CAST工艺对印染废水处理的特性和最佳运行参数进行研究。结果表明,系统有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,在单循环周期6h,排水比1/2,MLSS浓度为3000mg/L时,低浓度和高浓度废水出口CODcr、BOD5均能达到排放标准,若将MLSS浓度增大到6000mg/L,高浓度废水出口CODcr为31.6mg/L、BOD5为13mg/L。为验证工艺的经济型,将周期缩短到4h,曝气时间缩短为3h,MLSS浓度为3000mg/L时,高浓度废水出口CODcr、BOD5的去除率均在96%以上。变型CAST工艺的处理效果、抗冲击性和经济型都很突出。
【Abstract】 Research on the characteristics and optimum operation parameters of printing and dyeing waste water treatment by using modified CAST. The result shows that the system has a strong capacity of resisting the sudden change of concentration. Both of low and high concentration wastewater‵s output CODcr and BOD5 are below the standard of discharge, when the cycle time is 6h, drainage ratio is 1/2, MLSS is3000mg/L.The high concentration wastewater’s output CODcr and BOD5 are 31.6mg/L and 13mg/L, when MLSS is 6000mg/L. The cycle time and aeration time are respectively shortened to 4h and 3h in order to verify the economy of modified CAST. High concentration wastewater output CODcr and BOD5 are better than 96%.It is found that the treatment efficiency, impact resistance and economic superiority of the modified CAST process are obvious.
