光电转化器件光阴极量子效率测量研究

【摘要】 光电器件(PMT、PD、太阳能电池)等应用研究日益广泛,对其性能的测试也要求越来越高,尤其是对其核心部件光阴极光电转化量子效率的测试和标定。笔者所在实验室在中科院仪器设备专项资金的支持下,建立了光电倍增管性能测试实验室,系列光源和自动化的仪器设备,保证我们可以对各种型号的光电器件的光阴极进行细致的研究和测试。目前对几十种不同型号的PD和PMT光阴极QE测试结果显示,无论是绝对测试QE还是相对测试QE,测量结果均匀第三方权威机构标定结果一致;同时,平面和球面均匀性扫描测试平台可以快速而精确的测试整个光阴极面的均匀性。

【Abstract】 As a result of the wide use of photoelectric devices such as PMTs, PDs and solar cells, reliable evaluations on the performances of such devices are quite necessary, especially for the accurate measurements and calibrations on the photocathode quantum efficiency(QE). With the support from the CAS project, the authors have already built up an evaluation laboratory to give detailed measurements and researches on various types of photocathodes. The QE results we obtained, either from a relative measurement or from a direct measurement, are consistent with the data provided by the manufacturers or a third party. In addition, we designed and built 2D and 3D platforms to achieve convenient and accurate test processes for the photocathode position uniformity.
