【摘要】 目的:分析某三甲医院2015年1~3月入院的ICU病房患者鼻饲给药情况,提出合理化建议,促进鼻饲管给药的合理性和规范化。方法:利用Microsoft Office Excel软件和医院系统软件对鼻饲用药例数、剂型的分布、不合理性应用的剂型和药物、不合理联合用药和存在配伍禁忌药物的合用情况进行分类,汇总和分析。结果:某三甲医院2015年1~3月入院的ICU病房患者一共323名,鼻饲用药共2340例次,采用鼻饲给药法给药的药物一共有169种,不合理应用一共620例次,不合理联合应用一共402例次,单次给药药物种数2种以上的有65例次,其中单次给药药物种数最高达13种。结论:某三甲医院鼻饲法给药存在不合理应用情况,临床应该引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate nasogastric dosing in ICU patients of a top three hospital from January to March in 2015 and to improve the rational use of nasogastric dosing. Methods:Using Microsoft Office Excel and HIS system, ICU patients with nasogastric feeding were analyzed in distribution of drug formulations, irrational use of formulations and drug combination and incompatibility of drug. Result:323 ICU patients were given drugs by nasogastric tub and a total 2340 cases of drug use time. 169 types of the drugs were delivered by nasogastric dosing. The problem of nasogastric dosing were irrational use(620), andirrational use of drug combination(402) and over two types of drugs delivered in single administration(65).Moreover, 13 types of drugs were found to deliver in a single administrion. Conclusion:There exited unreasonable nasogastric dosing application in the hospital, so doctors and pharmacists should pay attention to rational use of nasogastric dosing.更多还原
