【摘要】 目的:对住院精神分裂症患者服用抗精神分裂症药物所致白细胞减少进行调查分析。方法:通过我院HIS系统筛选出2015年符合临床诊断为精神分裂症,并在住院期间服用过抗精神分裂药物的住院患者,详细记录患者的基础白细胞和粒细胞计数、抗精神分裂症药物使用情况、白细胞减少发生时间和白细胞计数、升白药物种类及预后。结果:922位精神分裂症患者服用抗精神分裂药物治疗后,有25位患者出现白细胞减少,白细胞减少的发生率为2.72%。白细胞总数均在(1.9—3.9)~*109/L,其中有13例同时出现轻度中性粒细胞减少。服用抗精神分裂药后出现白细胞减少发生时间为3-225天,平均时间为(90.28±63.73)天。引起白细胞减少例数排序前5位的抗精神分裂药分别为:奥氮平、氯氮平、利培酮、齐拉西酮、阿立哌唑片。大部分患者能在药物调整后自行缓解,部分患者经升白药物治疗后能恢复正常。结论:临床在应用抗精神分裂药时,需定期作血常规以监测白细胞计数,特别是对于已有报道会引起白细胞减少的药物并及时予以对症治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To schizophrenic patients taking antipsychotic drugs leukopenia caused by investigation and analysis. Methods:through his system of our hospital screened by 2015 with clinical diagnosis for the spirit of schizophrenia, and in the hospital taking antipsychotics in hospitalized patients, the patients were recorded in detail based white blood cell and neutrophil counts, antipsychotics division disease drug use, white blood cell reduction of time and white blood cell count, or drug kinds and prognosis of. Results:922 schizophrenia patients taking antipsychotics after treatment, 25 patients had leukopenia, neutropenia incidence rate was 2.72%. The total white blood cells were in(1.9-3.9)~*109/L, and 13 of them showed a slight decrease in the same time. The occurrence time of white blood cell was 3-225 days after taking anti schizophrenia drugs, the average time was(90.28 + 63.73) days. Induced leukocyte reduction cases before ranking number five antipsychotic drugs were:olanzapine, clozapine, risperidone, ziprasidone and aripiprazole tablets. Most of the patients can relieve themselves in drug adjustment, some patients after treatment can recover leukogenic drugs. Conclusion:clinical application of antipsychotic drug, need regular blood tests to monitor the white blood cell count, especially for has been reported to cause leucopenia drugs and timely symptomatic treatment.更多还原
