【摘要】 目的:通过对广州市中医医院中药饮片进行5年的质量跟踪分析,探索解决传统中药库管理模式出现的问题,为实施中药"相对零库存"优化管理效果与后续推广应用提供依据。方法:根据2009-2013年中药饮片入库验收记录,统计不合格饮片比例并分析其原因。结果:中药饮片质量不合格原因主要分加工炮制、贮存问题及其他原因三种,所占比例分别为53.80%、30.10%、16.10%,加工炮制以炮制不合格为主,贮存问题包括虫蛀、走油等,其他原因有标签不符、包装损坏和品种不符等。结论:实施饮片"相对零库存"管理,中药周转加快、不合格率降低,可有效保证药品的质量与临床供应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the Chinese herbal medicine quality track analysis of Guangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for five years,exploring and solving the problem of management model in traditional Chinese medicine warehouse,to provide references and optimization program for relative null stock.Methods Based on Chinese herbal medicine warehouse-in inspection records in 2009-2013,statistical unqualified proportion of Chinese herbal medicine,and sorting them.Resu Its In 2009-2013,according to the statistics,unqualified quality classification of Chinese herbal medicine mainly divided into concocted processing(53.80%),Which is given priority to with unqualified processing,30.10% problems appeared in the process of storage,to infestation and oil,other reasons(16.10%),which mainly is the label discrepancy,packing damage and species discrepancy.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine implementation of the relative null stock management,in order to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to provide theoretical support and technical support.更多还原
