【摘要】 目的:探讨PDCA循环对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围术期预防用抗菌药物干预的效果。方法:应用PDCA循环对我院PCI围手术期预防用抗菌药做持续性干预。将干预前随机抽查的PCI病例作为对照组,第一阶段干预后抽查的PCI病例作为干预1组,第二阶段干预后抽查的PCI病例作为干预2组,将3组预防用抗菌药物使用情况进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,干预后我院PCI围术期预防用抗菌药物使用率由97.50%分别下降至7.50%、1.00%,具有显著性差异;干预1组和干预2组平均抗菌药费用及抗菌药费用占药费的比值均明显下降,而干预后术后感染发生率并未增加。结论:PDCA循环能够促进PCI预防用抗菌药物的合理性,建议在抗菌药物的管理中推广应用PDCA循环,以促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of PDCA on perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) patients.METHODS:PDCA was applied on perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in PCI patients.PCI cases before intervention were randomly sampled as control group,PCI cases after the first PDCA Intervention were randomly sampled as intervention group 1,and PCI cases after the second PDCA Intervention were randomly sampled as intervention group 2.Investigation and analysis were performed in the perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics.RESULTS:Utilization ratio of prophylactic application of antibiotics in three groups was respectively 97.50%,7.50% and 1.00%.Compared with control group,utilization ratio of prophylactic application of antibiotics in two intervention groups was decreased significantly(P<0.01),average antibiotic cost and the ratio of antibiotic cost accounts for drug cost were both decreased significantly(P<0.01),but incidence of postoperative infection was not increased(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:PDCA can promote perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in PCI patients.It is suggested to use PDCA in the management of antibiotics to promote clinical rational drug use.更多还原
