【摘要】 目的:探讨门诊西药房易混淆药品的情况。方法:对我院2010年6月-2014年6月门诊西药房药品发放情况进行回顾性分析,对照组为2010年6月-2012年6月门诊西药房药品采取常规管理进行药物发放,观察组为2012年6月-2013年6月采取数字化管理进行药物发放。对两组药品发放错误情况、患者取药时间、药品盘点时间、账实相符率及药品报损率进行比较分析。结果:对照组药品发放错误率为1.8%,观察组药品发放错误率为0.9%。观察组药品发放错误率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对门诊西药房实施数字化管理后,观察组药品管理及发放情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对门诊西药房易混淆药品发放错误情况进行分析,并科学合理实施数字化管理,能显著提高药品管理与发放水平,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the confusable drug situation in outpatient pharmacy.Methods:The drug distribution of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,the control group took routine management for drug release,while the observation group took digital management for drug release.The drug distribution error condition,patients taking medicine time,drug stocktaking time,the consistence rate,and the drug loss rates were compared.Results:The drug distribution error rate(0.9%.) of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(1.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug distribution error condition,patients taking medicine time,drug stocktaking time,the consistence rate,and the drug loss rates of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the analysis for the drug distribution error condition in outpatient pharmacy,and implement scientific and reasonable digital management,it can significantly improve the drug management and distribution level,with increasing patient satisfaction.更多还原
