改性活性炭的制备及CWPO处理垃圾渗滤液

【摘要】 对三种材质的活性炭进行酸改性预处理,分别以制备的活性炭为吸附剂和催化剂,进行吸附腐殖酸配水的吸附实验和催化湿式氧化转运站垃圾渗滤液的实验。实验以COD去除率为指标检测出水水质,研究了反应温度和氧化剂当量比对催化湿式氧化中催化剂活性的影响。并对该催化剂进行Beohm滴定和FT-IR表征。研究表明:用1 mol/L盐酸改性的木质炭吸附效率和催化效率均最高,当反应温度为200℃,氧化剂当量比为2时,催化剂的催化效率最高,COD去除率达到63.9%。对催化湿式氧化出水进行DOM荧光和紫外分析,结果表明催化湿式氧化法可以很好地去除溶液中大分子有机物。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of activated carbon( AC) were modified by acid to prepare activated carbon as adsorbent and catalyst.The adsorption of humic acid and catalytic wet peroxide oxidation( CWPO) of transfer station leachate was carried out. The effect of reaction temperature and oxidant equivalence ratio on the activity of catalyst in CWPO was investigated,and the water quality of effluent was detected with COD removal rate. The catalyst was characterized by Beohm titration and FT-IR. The experiments results showed that: The catalyst made by wood charcoal modified by 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid had highest adsorption efficiency and catalytic efficiency. When reaction temperature was 200 ℃,oxidant equivalent ratio wa 2,the catalyst in CWPO had the highest efficiency,COD removal rate reached 65. 5%. Three dimensional fluorescence spectra( 3DEEM) and UV-vis spectra analysis showed that the macromolecular organic compounds in leachate could be removed effectively by CWPO with the prepared modified AC catalyst.
