基于加速度响应的Benchmark结构损伤识别方法

【摘要】 针对环境激励下IASC-ASCE Benchmark结构,基于加速度响应的频响函数与主元分析法并结合马氏距离,提出结构整体损伤程度的评估方法。原始加速度响应数据矩阵的前几阶主元包含了绝大部分特征信息,而且各阶主元之间线性无关。因而可采用主元分析法对原始数据矩阵进行降维与压缩,然后利用经过降维与压缩后的主元数据计算结构损伤前后各测点的马氏距离和损伤距离,进而对结构的整体损伤程度进行评估。通过Benchmark结构在不同损伤工况下的整体损伤程度评估可以看出,随着结构损伤距离的增加,整体损伤程度也随之增加。结果表明,结构的损伤距离能很好地反映出整体损伤程度,具备在线实时损伤诊断的应用价值。
【Abstract】 For the typical Benchmark structure,an assessment method of structural overall damage degree by using the acceleration power spectrum and principal component analysis with the Mahalanobis distance is presented.The first several order of principal components of the original acceleration response data matrix contains most of the feature information,and the linear independence exists between the principal components of each order.Thus principal component analysis method is used to dimensionality reduction and compression of original data matrix,and then each measuring point of Mahalanobis distance and damage distance are calculated by the principal metadata after dimension reduction and compression of the structure before and after damage,and structural overall damage degree is evaluated.It can be seen from the damage analysis of the Benchmark structure with different damage degrees,the structural damage distance increases with the degree of overall damage.The result shows that the assessment method of structural overall damage degree is feasible and effective,and the principal component assurance criteria is good for structural damage alarming,the proposed method can be applied to the online damage diagnosis in SHM.
