两株耐锰菌株的分离鉴定及其生长特性研究

【摘要】 通过富集培养的方法,从造纸厂的废水中筛选到两株耐锰菌株MN1和MN6,对其鉴定并研究了不同条件下的生长特性。结合其生理生化特征和16S rRNA基因序列,将菌株MN1和MN6分别鉴定为Isoptericola sp.和Promicromonospora sp.。菌株MN1可以耐受800 mg/L的锰,而菌株MN6可耐受2 000 mg/L的锰。Fe2+和Mn2+能促进菌株MN1和MN6的生长,而Zn2+抑制它们的生长。菌株MN1有较广的抗菌谱,而菌株MN6的抗菌谱较窄。
【Abstract】 By enrichment culture method,two manganese-resistant bacteria MN1 and MN6 were isolated from waste water of paper mill.Two strains were identified and the growth characteristics were studied.Combined with the characteristics of physiological and biochemical and 16 S rRNA gene sequence,strain MN1 and MN6 were identified as Isoptericola sp.and Promicromonospora sp.,respectively.Strain MN1 could tolerate 800 mg/L manganese,while strain MN6 could tolerate 2 000mg/L manganese.The growth of strains MN1 and MN6 were promoted by Fe2+ and Mn2+,but inhibited by Zn2+.Strain MN1 had wider antimicrobial spectrum than strain MN6.
