四种结构桉杨胶合板模板的性能研究

【摘要】 设计纯桉木、纯杨木、杨桉交错、桉杨交错四种建筑模板用胶合板,采用酚醛树脂胶进行表面胶强化处理,测试四种胶合板物理力学性能,分析其断面密度分布分布,探讨胶合板结构、力学性质、断面密度之间的关系,为桉杨胶合板在建筑模板领域的应用以及胶合板模板结构设计提供理论依据。结果表明:表面胶强化处理对四种胶合板性能均有提高,其中表面胶强化组的杨桉交错结构和桉杨交错结构胶合板各项性能都满足建筑模板标准的要求,纯杨木和纯桉木胶合板则不达标;X射线密度分析结果表明酚醛树脂胶的胶层密度普遍大于单板密度,保证了单板间良好的胶合性能。
【Abstract】 Four kinds of eucalyptus-poplar composite plywood for construction formwork was designed with pure eucalyptus,poplar,crossed eucalyptus/poplar and poplar/eucalyptus structures,and the phenol formaldehyde(PF)adhesive resin was overlaid on the surface of composite plywood to enhance its properties.Physical and mechanical properties of four kinds of composite plywood were tested and vertical density profile(VDF) was analyzed,in order to understand the relationship between the structure and mechanical properties and VDF of composite plywood.This research would provided theoretical reference and technical parameters for the structure design and performance improvement of eucalyptus-poplar composite plywood as building concrete formwork.The experiment results showed that the modulus of rupture(MOR),modulus of elasticity(MOE),bond strength(BS) were significantly improved after surface enhanced treatment with the eucalyptus-poplar composite plywood by PF.The performances of crossed eucalyptus/poplar and poplar/eucalyptus structures with the surface enhanced treatment could meet the requirements of building concrete formwork standards;X ray analysis results show that the VDF curve of eucalyptus-poplar composite plywood in thickness were wave line distributions,bonding layer density was generally greater than those of veneer ensuring the good bonding strength.
