基于混合架构的混凝土运输车辆管理系统的研究

【摘要】 商品混凝土生产企业提高运输车辆管理效率和质量的关键是对各个混凝土搅拌站车辆进行有效的监督与管理。针对混凝土生产企业运输车辆管理的实际需求,采用C/S与B/S相结合的方式,对车辆管理系统构架进行了设计,将RFID技术应用于商品混凝土企业运输车辆管理系统的开发,所开发的混凝土车辆管理系统在实际应用中,把现场调度人员从传统的人工管理解放出来,克服了传统数据统计工作繁杂而又易出错弊端,帮助企业管理人员及时了解各个混凝土搅拌站运输车辆生产信息,提高了工程车辆的管理效率和质量。
【Abstract】 The key to improving the efficiency and quality of transportation vehicle management of commercial concrete manufacturing enterprise is to supervise and manage each concrete mixing station effectively.The paper based on the actual demand of transportation vehicle management in concrete production enterprise.In this paper,the vehicle management system frame was designed by combining the C/S and B/S with RFID technology,which was applied to the system development of transportation vehicle management system of commodity concrete enterprise.The development of concrete vehicle management system liberated the site dispatchers from traditional manual management in the practical application,also overcomed the obstacle of complicated and error-prone data statistics work,to help business managers to keep abreast of vehicle production information in various concrete mixing stations and improve the management efficiency and quality of engineering vehicles.
