催化型连续再生颗粒捕集器对生物柴油公交车颗粒排放特性的影响
PARTICLE MATTER EMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF BUS EQUIPPED WITH CCRT FUELING WITH BIODIESEL BLENDS

【摘要】 采用基于ELPI静电低压冲击仪搭建的车载排放检测系统,试验研究分析了搭载催化型连续再生颗粒捕集器(CCRT)柴油公交车燃用BD10(生物柴油体积占比10%)生物柴油混合燃料的PM0.1和PM2.5颗粒物道路排放特性。结果表明:BD10生物柴油混合燃料的PM0.1及PM2.5颗粒数量浓度、颗粒数量排放率及颗粒质量排放率均低于BD0纯柴油。CCRT对BD10生物柴油混合燃料的颗粒物减排效果显著,其中PM0.1和PM2.5的颗粒数量浓度平均下降97.61%和97.71%,并且颗粒数量浓度峰值对应粒径明显减小;PM0.1和PM2.5的颗粒数量排放率平均下降99.29%和99.30%,且降幅随速度的增大而增大;PM0.1和PM2.5的颗粒质量排放率平均下降99.82%和98.82%,且降幅随速度的增大而增大,但高速阶段有所缓和。
【Abstract】 The PM0.1and PM2.5particulate emission performance of stage Ⅲ standard city bus with and without CCRT aftertreatment fueled with biodiesel blends on real road were studied by using vehicle emission detection system based on electrical low pressure impactor( ELPI). Results show that the particle number concentration,the amount of particles and mass emission rates of PM0.1and PM2.5fueled with BD10 biodiesel blends are lower than BD0 pure diesel. CCRT can reduce the particulate emissions fueled with BD10 biodiesel blends significantly. In which the particle number concentration of PM0.1and PM2.5have an average decrease of 97. 61% and 97. 71% and the diameter of the particle when the particle number concentration reaches the peak decrease dramatically. Meanwhile,the particle number emission rate fell by an average of 99. 29% and 99. 30% and the decreasing amplitude increases with the speed. The particle mass emission rate drops by an average of 99. 82% and 98. 82% and decreasing amplitude increases with the speed,but the decreasing amplitude eased when the speed is high.
