基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板基本问题研究

【摘要】 对于基本风压较大的地区、高层建筑或者建筑物体型复杂等情况,建筑外墙受到的风荷载较大,防护层和保温层易脱落。针对这一问题,提出了开发基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板的构想。基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板,是以SP板为结构层,在上部敷设保温层、防护层,通过拉结件拉结而形成的工厂化预制夹芯保温墙板。本文对不同荷载工况下基于承载力对基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板的板型选择提出建议;提出了基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板与基础、梁、柱等主体结构的连接构造方式,提出了基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板的窗洞口构造和墙板间拼缝构造;研究了基于SP板的夹芯保温墙板的热工性能,并基于热工性能对不同地区的墙板选择提出建议。

【Abstract】 In the case of the areas with higher reference wind pressure,high-rise buildings and buildings with complex shape,there is a higher wind load loads on the building exterior wall,protective layer and insulation layer is easy to fall off. In order to solve this problem,put forward the idea of developing the sandwich thermal insulation wall based on SP board. The sandwich thermal insulation wall based on SP board which the structural layer is SP board,the insulation layer and the protective layer is on the top of the SP board. Those layers are formed prefabrication sandwich insulation walls by reinforced connecting piece. This paper put forward the proposal of plate type selection of the sandwich thermal insulation wall based on SP board based on the bearing capacity under the different load condition. The paper put forward the connection method of the sandwich thermal insulation wall based on SP board with main structure such as foundation,beams and columns,put forward the structure of cave of window and the seam between the wall board; This paper study the thermal property of the sandwich thermal insulation wall based on SP board,and give suggestion of the selection of wall based on thermal property in the different areas.
