太原喜来登酒店超限高层建筑设计

【摘要】 太原喜来登酒店超限高层建筑为超A级高度超限高层建筑,主体结构为钢筋砼密柱深梁的框筒(筒中筒)结构,外筒框架柱采用型钢混凝土叠合柱。本项目采取基于性能的设计方法,根据变形和承载力验证不同水准下构件与结构的抗震性能指标,包括小震弹性计算,中震弹性与中震不屈服验算,以及在大震下的弹塑性验算,并提出适当的超限高层结构的设计措施,保证结构可以实现既定的抗震性能目标。

【Abstract】 Sheraton Hotel high-rise building in Taiyuan,which exceeds the height requirements of level A of the code,adopts the structural system of reinforced concrete tube-in-tube with steel reinforced concrete columns at the bottom of peripheral frame columns. Performance based on seismic design was proposed. Structure and component performance were verified based on bearing capacity and deformation under different levels,including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,unyielding and elastic check of structure components under medium earthquake,static and dynamic inelastic analysis under rare earthquake. Series of relevant were suggested to make sure the performance object can be well realized.
