Production optimization of RAX-3000 adsorbent

【摘要】 2011年4月石油化工科学研究院研发的RAX-3000型对二甲苯吸附剂在催化剂长岭分公司成功完成工业试生产,RAX-3000工业试验剂在扬子石化对二甲苯吸附分离工业示范装置的首次工业应用,实现开车投料一次成功,并顺利通过吸附剂性能考核标定。在海南炼化RAX-3000吸附剂生产过程中,对吸附剂焙烧、预湿、碱处理以及交换等生产工序进行了优化,共生产RAX-3000型对二甲苯吸附剂成品1.2 kt。物化指标分析及小型模拟移动床评价结果表明,RAX-3000型对二甲苯吸附剂各项物化指标合格;以工业装置混合二甲苯为原料,在110%负荷原料流量下获得的对二甲苯纯度≥99.8%,对二甲苯收率≥97%。
【Abstract】 The trail production of RAX-3000 PX adsorbent that developed by Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP) was successfully completed by Sinopec Catalyst Company Changling Division.This batch of RAX-3000 PX adsorbent was first applied on the industrial PX demonstration unit in Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company and achieved success in the first trial of start-up,performing good at calibration assessment.The techniques of calcination,pre-wet,alkali treatment and ion exchange were optimized during the production of 1200 t RAX-3000 PX adsorbent which would be applied on Sinopec Hainan Refining & Chemical Company.The analysis result of physicochemical index and the evaluation result of adsorption and separation showed that all the 1200 t adsorbent was qualified.The evaluation result for this batch of adsorbent in small-scale simulated moving bed showed that using the mixed xylenes from industrial unit as feed,under the load of 110%,PX average purity reached 99.8% with an average yield of 97%.
