适用于UV-LED光固化体系的光引发剂

【摘要】 UV-LED固化技术因其节能、环保、卫生的特点,成为光固化的发展方向。但是,UV-LED光源作为光吲化体系中的照射光源却存在着发射光谱带窄、功率小而影响光固化速度的缺陷,这给传统光引发剂带来挑战。由于目前市场上UV-LED光源的最佳辐射波峰范围集中在365~395nm,而市售的绝大多数光引发剂是在300~370nm有较强的吸收,在大于370nm的波长范围内吸光性能比较差。因此,为了在光固化体系中成功地应用UV-LED光源,就必须开发出能与UV-LED相匹配、具有更强吸光性能和更高光引发活性的光引发剂。文章总结了UV-LED光固化的特点,提出了传统光引发剂在UV-LED光固化中的应用方法,以及开发出新型针对UV-LED光源敏感的光引发剂。

【Abstract】 UV-LED curing technology is attracting increasing attentions in the field of photopolymerization applications because of the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and hygiene,and it becomes the developmental trend of the photocuring technology.However,UV-LED lights as photocuring radiation light sources also have some disadvantages like narrow emission band and low power which influence the photocuring speed and these weaknesses bring some challenges to the traditional photoinitiators.The best irradiation wave crests of UV-LED lamps are gathered in 365 nm ~ 395 nm region,While the most commercially available photoinitiators usually exhibit good absorption in the classical UV wavelength range(300-370nm) and often suffer from poor light absorption properties in the range of λ>370nm.Therefore,in order to apply UV-LED lights to photocuring system successfully,the design and development of photoinitiators matched with UV-LED lamps and having strong absorption ability and excellent photochemical properties is one of the most important points.This paper summarized the features of the UV-LED curing system and described the application methods that make traditional photoinitiators applicable in UV-LED curing system and furthermore came up with the novel photoinitiators typically sensitive to UV-LED light sources.
