人参复合多糖提高猪圆环病毒疫苗免疫效果的研究

【摘要】 人参复合多糖(Ginseng polysaccharides complex,GPS)是从中国传统中草药人参中提取的多糖复合物,具有增强机体免疫力、降血糖、防辐射、抗感染等功效。本文以哺乳仔猪为研究对象,探讨人参复合多糖对仔猪的免疫调节作用。试验选取7日龄的哺乳仔猪8窝,随机分成4组,每组2窝,分别在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg人参复合多糖。结果表明,添加200 mg/kg人参复合多糖可以显著提高仔猪血清中圆环病毒抗体水平(P<0.05)。添加200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg人参复合多糖组除第7天外,在其余检测时间点均显著促进仔猪血液白细胞中TNF-α和IL-6的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05)。添加200mg/kg人参复合多糖42天时能显著提高仔猪血清中GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05),猪血清中MDA的含量在第14天、42天和56天显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,本实验表明合适剂量GPS对猪圆环病毒疫苗的免疫效果有明显的增强作用,同时有抗氧化作用。

【Abstract】 Ginseng polysaccharides complex(GPS) is extracted from traditional Chinese herb ginseng.Many researches indicated that polysaccharides extracted from Chinese herb had the ability to promote the immunity of bodies,and exert anti-virus as well.In this study,the immune stimulating effect of GPS on piglets was therefore investigated in vitro.Seven days old suckling piglets from 8 litters were divided into 4 groups,2 litters per group.The pigs were fed basal diet containing 100mg/kg,200mg/kg and 400mg/kg GPS respectively,adopting continuous feeding freely.The results showed that 200mg/kg GPS increased the porcine circovirus virus antibody level significantly(P<0.05) and 200mg/kg and 400mg/kg GPS promoted the mRNA expression of TNF-a and IL-6 in white blood cells significantly at all time points except on day 7(P<0.05).200mg/kg GPS significantly increased the activity of GSH-Px in serum on day 42(P < 0.05).200mg/kg GPS significantly reduced the MDA concentration in serum at day 14,42 and 56(P<0.05).These findings indicated that the GPS possessed a significant immune enhancing on PCV vaccines in piglets,and increased antioxidant ability of pigs.
