【摘要】 近二十多年来,海洋运输从"港到港"的运营模式逐渐转变为"门到门"的运输服务,港口所在供应链间的竞争取代港口间的竞争,供应链航运物流的发展带来研究范式的变革。然而,当前的航运规划多局限于海洋运输,战略性航运规划研究成果极少、技术方法不成熟。在可持续发展的要求下,基于供应链视角开展的绿色航运规划研究受到关注。针对现有研究的不足,通过对文献资料检索和实地调研,总结国内外绿色航运和绿色航运规划的研究进展,包括绿色航运概念的提出与发展、绿色航运规划的研究与实践现状和绿色航运规划的技术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Maritime transportation was moved from ’port-to-port’ operation to combined transport supply chain of ’door-to-door’ in recent two decades.The competition between ports was replaced with the competition between transport supply chains,and the study paradigm for maritime transportation was changed with the development of maritime logistics in supply chain.There is a gap between current shipping planning and strategic planning of shipping,especially the strategic planning of green shipping(GSP) with a supply chain perspective under the requirements of sustainable development which has been paid more attention to.There is lack of common and systematic approach and methods for GSP.This paper summarizes the progress in GSP including the concepts of green shipping,the research and practice of GSP,and the approaches and methods of GSP.更多还原
