燃煤电厂FRP排烟筒筒体拉伸性能分析
ANALYSIS ON TENSILE PROPERTY OF LAYER STRUCTURE OF FRP CHIMNEY LINER IN COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT

【摘要】 玻璃纤维织物/环氧乙烯基酯树脂复合不同铺层结构对于FRP排烟筒筒体拉伸性能具有一定影响。设计多种铺层结构,通过缠绕成型制备相应的层合板,依照国家标准制备试样,对其进行拉伸测试。结果表明,随着铺层结构的增加,拉伸强度逐渐增加,拉伸模量的变化在12%以内;破坏形式主要为纤维断裂、分层、纤维拔出以及界面脱黏。
【Abstract】 Glass fiber fabric/vinyl ester resincomposites with different layer structure have effect on tensile properties of FRP chimney liner.Several laminated composites were designed and manufactured using filament winding technique.The sample were prepared as national standard and tested by hydraulic testing machine.The result show that tensile strength increased gradually with the increasing of number of layer structure,the change of the tensile modulus within 12%.Destructive form mainly for fiber fracture,delamination,fiber pull out and interface adhesion.The main failure included fiber fracture,fiber pullout,delamination,debonding.
