纤维增强塑料设备内衬层耐腐蚀性能评估和分项设计系数K2值的试验验证

【摘要】 采用《纤维增强塑料设备和管道工程技术规范》附录A"纤维增强塑料设备耐腐蚀内衬层分项设计系数K2的确定"中的实验室试验方法,验证和评估了8种不同FRP试样的耐腐蚀性能,并确定了材料设计分项系数K2值。该耐腐蚀性能评估方法的建立,对设计人员准确选用材料和确定所设计材料的安全系数,具有十分重要的工程指导作用。
【Abstract】 Corrosion resistance characters of the 8 different FRP samples are verified and evaluated,one of the safty design factors K2 value is determined by laboratory tests,based on the testing methodology specified in the Annex A " K2 design factor evaluation for corrosion lining inside the fiber reinforced plastic equipment" from " technical code for fiber reinforced plastics equipment and piping engineering"(GB 51160—2016).The establishment of this corrosion resistance performance evaluation method has very important engineering guidance for designers to choose the right material and determine the safety coefficient of the designed equipment.
