热氧老化对燃煤电厂FRP排烟筒筒体对接部位拉伸性能影响

【摘要】 为了探索燃煤电厂FRP排烟筒热氧老化环境下,筒体对接接头部位耐热氧腐蚀性能的变化,分别在45℃、90℃、135℃、180℃条件下,对接头部位进行了90d的热氧老化腐蚀研究,并测试高温实验前后的连接接头性能变化。结果表明,高温热氧老化环境条件导致接头部位拉伸强度下降。随着温度升高,接头连接件的强度保留率逐渐降低,180℃条件下腐蚀90d后,拉伸强度保留率最低仅为55.1%,
【Abstract】 In order to explore the changes of corrosion resistance of the joints structure of FRP chimney liner structure in coal-fired power plant under the condition of thermal oxidative-aging,at 45 ℃,90 ℃,135 ℃,180 ℃and lap joints were 90 d corrosion of thermal aging were studied respectively.The samples before and after the thermal oxidation experiments were analyzed by tensile testing.The results show that the thermal oxidative-aging leads to the decrease of strength of joints,as the temperature increases,the strength retention of joints structure gradually decreases,the retention rate is 55.1%at 180℃ under the conditions of corrosion after 90 d.
