湿纺与干喷湿纺碳纤维的性能分析

【摘要】 碳纤维的性能主要取决于原丝的质量。湿纺和干喷湿纺是目前两大原丝生产方法。对国内外六种温纺和干喷湿纺法生产的碳纤维进行纤维形貌、单丝强力WELBULL分析,对接触角,上浆剂含量及组分进行了分析与研究,分析了湿纺和干喷湿纺两大原丝生产方法的特点和性能。
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber has many excellent properties which are mainly determined by the quality of carbon fiber precursor.Wet spinning,dry-jet wet spinning are compared with the analysis of the surface topography,WELBULL analysis of tensile strength of single fiber,contact angle and content and composition of sizing.The features and properties of the two spinning methods are invesitgated.
