【摘要】 纯露指的是从植物体内蒸馏萃取精油过程中所得的精油饱和溶液,市场中最常见的纯露种类是玫瑰,目前纯露的制取以及销售渠道并不广泛,一般家庭中采用家用蒸馏机进行蒸馏植物干花所得,市场中的纯露主要应用在化妆品添加中,对于它的药理性研究较少。此次实验通过采集北京常见的8种园林植物的花,利用蒸馏机在无菌环境下制取纯露,放在0~4℃冰箱中冷藏保存。后续进行抑菌圈法和自然沉降法的抗菌性实验,且对纯露进行人群试验的测定,通过抗菌实验和人群试验筛选出新型抗菌性强的芳香型的玫瑰和菊花两种纯露。经过一系列实验得出以下结论:(1)纯露的制取保存:采用无菌环境制取纯露,再将纯露密封保存在0~4℃冰箱中,可长期保存,若在空气中多次打开,纯露保质期则会缩短,最久存放一年左右没有出现变质现象。(2)纯露抗菌性:经过多次的抗菌实验及其调整,得出纯露的抗菌性始终不明显。(3)人群实验结果显示,大家普遍比较喜欢的纯露种类为玫瑰和菊花纯露,且男女对不同纯露的气味和感触有所不同。女生整体对纯露的敏感性要高,并且比较在意过敏问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pure dew refers to the essential oil saturated solution obtained by distillation of essential oil from the plant.The most common types of pure dew in the market are roses.The current production and distribution of pure dew are not widely used.It is common for the distillation of plants to dry flowers,mainly used in the addition of cosmetics,for its pharmacological research less.The experiment through the collection of eight common Beijing garden flowers,the use of distillation machine in a sterile environment to produce pure dew,0-4℃ refrigerator in the cold storage.The antibacterial experiments were carried out on the antibacterial experiments and the natural sedimentation method.The antibacterial experiments and the crowd test were used to select the new antibacterial aroma roses and chrysanthemums.After a series of experiments to draw the following conclusions:(1) the preservation of pure dew:In the course of the experiment,the use of sterile environment in the preparation,in the pure seal sealed in 0-4℃ refrigerator,can be long-term preservation,if the air in a number of open,It will be shortened,the longest storage of a year or so there is no deterioration phenomenon.(2) pure antimicrobial activity:After several antibacterial experiments and its adjustment,obtained pure antibacterialantibacterial is always not obvious.(3) crowd experiment results show that we generally prefer pure dew species for the rose and chrysanthemum pure dew,and men and women of different dew smell and feel different.Girls as a whole on the pure sensibility of high,and more concerned about allergies.更多还原
