单瓣黄刺玫花芽分化过程的形态学观察

【摘要】 单瓣黄刺玫(Rosa xanthina f.normalis)是北方园林中重要的春季观花灌木,研究单瓣黄刺玫的花芽分化能为今后对其进行科学的栽培管理及花期调控等提供理论基础和指导。本研究利用体视显微镜和常规石蜡切片对单瓣黄刺玫的花芽分化过程进行了形态解剖学观察。结果表明,单瓣黄刺玫的芽为混合芽,其成花转变始于8月份,花芽当年形成。但整个花芽分化的持续时间较长,从8月中下旬果实成熟开始到翌年3月份,共7个月。花芽分化进程可分为未分化期、花原基形成期、萼片原基形成期、花瓣原基形成期、雄蕊原基形成期以及雌蕊原基形成期6个时期,花芽分化各时期有重叠现象。不同类型枝上及同枝上不同节位的花芽分化时期存在差异。

【Abstract】 Morphological and anatomical characteristics of Rosa xanthina f.normalis flower bud during differentiation were studied using stereomicroscope and routine paraffin section.The result showed that the flower-buds of Rosa xanthine f.normalis were mixed buds.The flower transition began in August and completed in the same year.But the whole flower-bud differentiation lasted nearly seven months,started in mid-August,where the hips were ripen,terminated until the following year in March.The process could be divided into six stages:undifferentiated phase,flower meristem formation phase,sepal primordia formation phase,petal primordia formation phase,stamen primordia formation phase and pistil primordia formation phase;and different stages overlapped with each other.The process of the flower-bud differentiation on different branches and even the same branch were different because of the different location of the buds.
